Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to: WHIP (Weststar Halal Integrated Platform) at wghtc.com — a certification management platform operated by Weststar-Engineering Sdn Bhd (WESB), registered in Malaysia.

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for fees paid through WHIP, including application fees and auditor fees. WHIP facilitates payment as a middleman and will remit collected fees to the relevant Certification Body (CB) for processing.
